Students attended this challenging event acting as delegates for New Zealand and Germany, representing their assigned countries on issues such as the rise of the far right and xenophobia and LGBTQ+ rights.

The two day event saw students participating in a range of committees, engaging in lively debate, drafting working papers and resolutions and learning an incredible amount about the formal structures and working practices of the United Nations. Several students won individual awards and organisers were so impressed with our delegation that we have been invited to attend a further event towards the end of the year.

Well done to all students involved!
