Raising Teens in the Modern World is a series of talks that will take place on Wednesday evenings. Psychologist and family therapist, Dr Kalanit Ben-Ari, will be joined for an open conversation by Dr Begum Maitra, a retired child and adolescent psychiatrist, analytical psychologist and author, who is making a rare appearance in such an intimate setting.

We will have an open conversation to address some of the most common concerns and questions of parents raising teenagers.

Today’s teens have much to contend with - from social media and body image to peer pressure and relationships. Helping them navigate this, on top of Lockdown 3.0, can be difficult. Dr Kalanit Ben-Ari and Dr Begum Maitra will be covering everything from screen time, delicate conversations and motivation to online safety, self-harm, sex and relationships.

Each conversation will last 40 minutes followed by 20 minutes of live Q&A. Fees: donation. Guide price £15, but we are mindful that these are extraordinary circumstances and therefore we are offering an inclusive policy.
