SNS raises £1631.64 for the Turkey and Syria Earthquake
Non-uniform day raises amount for Day-mer Turkish and Kurdish Community Centre
Last half-term, our school raised an amazing £1631.64 for the Turkey and Syria Earthquake appeal via our non-uniform day. On the last day of term, some of our Turkish and Kurdish students presented a Day-Mer representative with a cheque!
Day-Mer Turkish and Kurdish Community Centre work with and on behalf of Turkish and Kurdish people in London. Day-Mer will send the donations directly to those affected by the earthquake, through campaigns by socialist and democratic institutions and organizations in Turkey. Well done to everyone involved.
