Year 13 Politics Trip – Old Bailey Visit
Students enjoyed a visit to the Central Criminal Court of England and Wales – the Old Bailey
On 27th November, our Year 13 Politics students enjoyed an exciting and insightful visit to the Central Criminal Court of England and Wales – the Old Bailey. Alongside observing real court cases and hearing engaging talks from two Judges, students also took part in a lively mock trial led by a KC — with their Head of Year Mr Maiden in the dock!
Head of Politics, Mr Harvey said: "It was a great day and a fantastic opportunity for our students - they got an insight in to the real-world workings of the justice system and the most famous criminal court in the UK."
